vintage and antiques

please be aware that the items on our website are vintage or antique. Due to the age of each piece, imperfections are to be anticipated. 

shipping

we offer free shipping on all orders over $35 (unless otherwise specified in the listing). shipping charges for orders under $35 will be generated based on customer location and weight of the product. we normally ship orders within 2-3 days of receiving cleared payment. packages will ship via USPS or UPS shipping. 

we are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages, some orders may experience delays and we have no control over these delays. if you do see your package has been delayed, please reach out and we will do what we can to get information on your package from the carrier. 

returns
we hope you love your purchase. if your purchase did not work out, you have 15 days to return the product for store credit. customer is responsible for return shipping cost and shipping charges are not refundable. Please contact us at sales@shopbcvt.com for instructions on how to get the return process started. 

After fifteen days, all sales are final.

shopbcvt is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item is damaged in the mail.
