Do you provide food and beverages ? 

- A charcuterie or fruit board is included with each picnic package. Add on food and meals can be provided with additional planning and costs. 

What does the cost of the packages include? 

- Package pricing includes all items in the listing. Add ons will be an additional cost and invoiced at a later date. 

Can I change my date? 

- Yes. You have up to 72 hours before your event to cancel for a full refund or to change your date at no cost. If you cancel after this time frame, you will be charged a fee of 20% of event cost.

Will someone be there the day of the event ? 

- Yes! Your coordinator will be on-site the day of your picnic to resolve any issues right away. Please note that weather, crowds, and parking are out of our control.

What is your minimum scheduling notice?

- Our minimum scheduling notice is 72 hours before event for all picnic packages

Do you host events outside of OC / LA ? 

- Not at this time. We currently host events in Orange County and Los Angeles only.
